Preparing for your appointment
Please bring a photo ID, your dental insurance information if applicable, a list of current medications, and any relevant dental records or X-rays you have available. We welcome patients with out-of-network dental benefits, participate with Delta Dental, and welcome patients without insurance. Please confirm your specific benefits and potential out-of-pocket costs directly with your insurance provider. Payment plans are available; contact our office to discuss your options.
